These terms govern use of the MORRUGO store and the preparation of rug orders and made-to-measure creations.
Products
MORRUGO rugs are handmade pieces of 100% sheep’s wool. Slight variations in texture, colour, dimensions and pattern can occur from one piece to another and are part of their artisanal character.
Prices and orders
The applicable price and commercial terms are those displayed or confirmed when the order is approved. A made-to-measure order is confirmed only after its specifications, quotation and terms have been agreed.
Made-to-measure orders in Morocco: a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and start production. The remaining 50% is paid by the agreed method before dispatch or on delivery.
International made-to-measure orders: these projects are handled on request. Full payment is required before production begins; shipping costs are confirmed separately before approval.
Shipping
Ready-made rugs dispatch within 48 hours. Made-to-measure production generally takes 15–30 days before dispatch. Shipping in Morocco is free. The applicable delivery arrangements are presented when ordering or confirmed separately for custom projects.
Returns
Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. They are accepted only when MORRUGO made an error. Items that match the confirmed order cannot be returned or exchanged.
