Returns & refunds policy

At MORRUGO, every rug is carefully checked before dispatch.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only when MORRUGO made an error, such as sending an item that differs from the one ordered or from the specifications confirmed with the customer.

Made-to-measure rugs cannot be returned unless the finished dimensions, design or specifications differ from those approved before production.

If this happens, please contact us upon receipt of your order so we can assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution.

Items that match the confirmed order cannot be returned or exchanged.
