Each MORRUGO piece takes shape from 100% sheep wool, worked slowly on a traditional loom. Material, gesture and time come together to create a unique piece.

Wool and color palette
Wool brings warmth, depth and softness. The palettes are designed to work with contemporary interiors while preserving a restrained and authentic Moroccan identity.
Knot density
Depending on the design and level of finish, our rugs can be made in three density levels:
High density: approx. 40,000 knots/m²
Medium density: approx. 22,500 knots/m²
Light density: approx. 16,900 knots/m²
A higher knot density allows greater precision in the design and requires more time to make.
